Leisure Room

A bespoke external timber framed building used as a leisure room. This project was built on a slope.

This custom shed was built as a leisure room. The garden is on a slope which had heavily established overgrowth that needed clearing.

Total building area was 36m2.

The project involved establishing a concrete base from which a trestle frame was erected up to the deck of the shed.

From the deck the shed frame was built up and topped with a ply roof. The walls were then finished and double glazed patio doors and windows were installed. A couple of Velux windows were installed in the roof.

The interior was finished by the customer who fitted plasterboard throughout, and installed wiring before decorating.
